When do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data in the case of sending a contact form, subscribing to the newsletter and entering a comment in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Regulation’).

This personal data must be processed to create a service offer, negotiations on this offer or to answer the question you raised. Such processing is made possible by Article 6. paragraph 1 letter b) Regulation. This personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the duration of the contract conclusion, no later than 1 year from your request, unless you consent to further processing.

We process this personal data for the purpose of sending commercial messages, the content of which are new articles on our blog. We process the e-mail for 5 years. We send you commercial communications based on your consent. It is possible to simply unsubscribe from sending commercial messages at any time. Such processing is made possible by Article 6. paragraph 1 letter (a) regulation.
Who else can have access to your personal data?
The administrator works with other entities (processors) who may have access to your personal data. These processors may also have access to your personal data:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – A service that collects and analyzes data about the behavior of visitors on the website. Google may have access to this data in accordance with its privacy policy. If we use Google Analytics, the data may be transferred to Google’s servers, which are also located outside the European Union, while ensuring compliance with the GDPR data protection through standard contractual clauses or other guarantees.
These entities are obliged to comply with the personal data protection rules established by the GDPR.
What are your rights?
Please note that under the Privacy Act you have the right to:
- Request information from us about what personal data we process, possibly request a copy of this personal data,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- Request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- to request the deletion of this personal data from us – however, this deletion will result in the termination of the contract negotiations and will only be carried out if the interests of the joint administrators do not outweigh your privacy protection,
- In case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, or to the court.
